Vapor Curing
Kraft Vapor Curing Systems provide controlled heat and humidity for accelerated concrete curing. Designed for concrete block, precast and prestress production, the systems create consistent curing conditions to support reliable strength development and production efficiency.
The system combines a direct-fired vapor generator with temperature and humidity sensors, automated controls and motorized vapor distribution valves. Heat and moisture are introduced directly into the curing environment and controlled according to the required curing cycle.
Kraft offers three system configurations for different production requirements: Vapor Curing I for concrete block, brick and cast stone production; Vapor Curing II for concrete pipe and precast production; and Vapor Curing III for prestress and precast applications.
Each system can be engineered to match the plant layout, production process and required curing conditions.
Nautilus
Nautilus™ is an advanced concrete curing system designed to create a uniform curing environment by utilizing the heat of hydration and moisture naturally released by fresh concrete.
The system continuously circulates the curing atmosphere throughout the chamber, helping maintain consistent temperature and humidity conditions around the concrete products. This controlled air circulation supports uniform curing while minimizing condensation and temperature variations within the curing environment.
Nautilus™ combines engineered air circulation, temperature and humidity monitoring, and AutoCure® control technology to automatically manage the curing process.
Designed for concrete block and paver production, Nautilus™ provides producers with a controlled and repeatable curing process focused on consistent concrete quality and efficient production.
