Products & Services
MANTIS provides ULV spraying solutions for the precise and economical application of release agents and surface coatings. The range includes mobile BEMA handheld sprayers and modular stationary systems for integration into manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated production processes. Uniform droplet distribution reduces agent consumption by up to 75%, ensures consistent coverage, and helps achieve clean, high-quality surfaces. Each system can be configured to meet the requirements of the customer’s production setup.
BEMA handheld ULV-sprayers
BEMA handheld sprayers provide a flexible and portable solution for applying release agents and surface coatings to moulds, casting tables, edges, and vertical formwork. Their ULV rotary atomiser produces fine, uniformly sized droplets for economical application and even coverage.
Models are available with short or long lances and with 1-litre or 10-litre tanks. Pump-equipped BEMA-P models also allow spraying above tank level, making them particularly suitable for edges and vertical surfaces. A rotatable atomiser, electronic function monitoring, and an integrated armrest support comfortable and reliable operation.
BEMA Components for ultra-low-volume spraying
BEMA system-components from MANTIS ULV enable stationary spraying systems to be configured for precise release-agent and coating application. The range includes BL industrial rotary atomisers, metering pumps, control units, and power supply units.
Independent systems can operate and monitor up to four atomisers, while configurations with individual piston pumps can be integrated into centrally controlled production lines and operated via PLC. Flow rates can be adjusted to suit each application, and every system is configured according to the customer’s production process and required spraying width.
