REKERS GmbH has been developing and building machines for the concrete products industry since 1955. Decades of experience make us a competent partner for customized and customer-specific solutions. Block Machine RS 4
The RS4 can do it all!
The RS4 is a technologically advanced, truly versatile machine. Due to its unique characteristics, the RS4 is not just suitable for the production of standard products like paving- and curbstones, block and slabs, but also for producing extremely thin products down to a height of only 15 mm / 1“. As the RS4s production board supply is turned by 90°, the mould is freely accessible from the side of the machine. This way, materials like reinforcement steel or Styrofoam can be added easily to the mould.
The RS4 can be fitted with a wide range of options such as:

Colour-Blending
The innovative pateneted REKERS colour blending system is capable of accurately dosing up to 6 differently coloured fresh concrete mixes into an exact position in the facemix hopper. This makes it possible to produce natural looking textured surface finishes with an attractive colour blend play.
The many set-up possibilities via the control system allow for facemix layers with a shaded, stripped or mottled appearance. The facemix blends can be repeated or randomized to achieve a uniquely natural look.

Sandosit Plants
The Sandosit Plant ensures the next generation of a light weight aggregate production for the use in the concrete and construction industry.
Advantages of Sandosit
For the production of Sandosit aggregate are no autoclaves needed. The Sandosit products enable a variable low bulk density from 350kg/m³ to 900kg/m³ and promise a high flexibility with grain sizes of 0-2 mm, 2-4 mm, 4-6 mm and 6-12 mm. They impress with a high thermal insulation, a low building moisture and a high fire resistance. The production of the Sandosit aggregate is environmentally friendly so that no CO2 emissions are emitted. As Sandosit is 100% recyclable, there is no waste.

Pipe Handling
Handling Manipulators
Our floor independent pipe manipulators transport jacketed or stripped pipe and cured product. Servo drives accurately position the loads at their predetermined positions. Not only are all the travel directions digitally determined, but also the pipe type and rotated if necessary.
Rotating Pipe Manipulator
The manipultor running on overhead rails is a multi-talent that takes the pipe out of the production machine and presents it for spigot finishing. An automatic cage insertion device as well as set ring handling compliment this machine.
Efficient Production
The free-programmable REKERS control system allows for the automatic management of base ring in/out storage and insertion as well as set ring handling. Variable parameters and daily production plans can be easily changed.
